Ukraine. Out of Blackout project
is a five-year program initiated and is being implemented by the Museum of Contemporary Art NGO. The purpose of the program is to implement cultural projects, build understanding with allies, and support their efforts in providing long-term sustainable support for Ukraine while defending common democratic values in the war started by totalitarian russia.
